3) Anecdotal self reflections on their internship learning with some video evidence of procedures performed

This is Kandhada Tejaswini of 2k18 batch posted in medicine department as an intern from 31st of July to 30th of September. First 15days i.e, from 31st of July to 14th of august I was posted in psychiatry. During my psychiatry posting I have seen many patients with dissociative disorder,depression,alcohol dependance,psychosis,OCD,intellectual disability…… There is this one patient diagnosed with dissociative disorder who used to make sounds of different animals like dog,cat,cow etc…. There are atleast 2-3 episodes per day and during this episode I was asked to give lorazepam and calm the patient. There is another patient who is 7yrs old diagnosed with intellectual disability came with his mother to the OPD.His mother was so worried about him.She complaints that his son will take so much time to read compared to others like classmates and siblings and also he will not remember the next day about what he read.
